John & Carolyn Bennett

Born in 1955 to Paul and Emelia Bennett of Galveston Texas.

Raised in Hitchcock, Texas where he graduated Hitchcock High School in 1973.
In 1974 he entered the United States Air Force where he served for two years abroad. Serving in Rhein Mein Air base in Frankfurt, Germany and in Mildenhall air base in England.

After leaving the Air Force in 1976 he started work for Litton Industries on Pelican island in Galveston as a welder.

In 1980 while having lunch with a friend He accepted Jesus Christ  as his Lord and Savior. He located a church in La Marque, Full Gospel Tabernacle, which was pastored by B.T. Skelton from Georgia. There he learned to play the bass guitar and joined the platform worship team.

His company changed names several times becoming eventually Input Output Inc. in Alvin Texas in 1981. He was employed here for a total of 34 years
After coming to know Christ in 1980, John earned His mission workers license through Pentecostal Holiness church in Galveston for his ministry at Galveston county jail.

He served as elder for Gulf Coast Four Square for approximately two years before forming a deacons group with oversight of church maintenance.
Along with his wife served as Sunday school leader at Grace Community in Houston for 4 years.

Both He and his wife have hosted and lead numerous home groups and have served in two mission trips to Honduras to install water wells.

John and His wife continue to give of themselves into ministry by functioning as Administrative Pastors of Redline Church, hosting a Grow group in their home and serving as board members for Visionaries International of Houston.
